Contributor guidelines
Quality, originality and licensing rules for StockHub creators.
Accepted formats: SVG, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, WEBP, PSD, MP4 and ZIP archives.
Quality: original work only, sharp previews, no watermarks, no stock-recycled files.
Metadata: title, description, category and at least three tags are required before review.
Copyright: you must own or have permission for every file you submit.
Licensing: choose a license that matches commercial use. Admin rules override contributor choices.
File size: stay within the per-type limits shown in the uploader.
Previews: a thumbnail or preview must exist before submission.
Rejection reasons: low quality, incomplete metadata, unsafe archives, duplicate files, or copyright issues.
Best practices: write specific titles, tag accurately, and include a clean commercial-safe preview.
